King's Landing is the largest city in Westeros, with a population of roughly half a million. It is built around three tall hills: Visenya's Hill, Rhaenys's Hill and Aegon's Hill. The city's rapid expansion didn't keep pace with organized "city-planning", resulting in numerous slums forming. |

Dragonstone is a volcanic island located a couple of hundred miles north-east of King's Landing. The island has a small port and a large castle on it. It is also the home port of part of the Royal Fleet. Dragonstone is a cold, drafty and harsh place. |
